Counsel for the Petitioner present and stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and filed terms of agreement by way of memo seeking leave for withdrawing the instant petition. Mr. Vasudeva Rao, Executive Director of the Corporate Debtor also signed the consent terms. The memo is taken on record which forms part of the order. Considering the terms agreed by parties and also endorsed the same along with memo, prayers are allowed and permission is accorded for withdrawing the CP. In view of the above, this Company Application bearing CP (IB) No.110/7/HDB/2020 is closed as withdrawn vide separate order.
