Heard Mr. Ajay Atolia, CA appearing for the Petitioner. Mr. Aditya Mapara, Adv. appearing for the Respondent. Corporate Debtor has moved this application stating that parties have amicably settled their dispute by executing the settlement deed dated 11.07.2024. In light of the same, it is prayed that the captioned matter may be disposed of. With this application, settlement agreement has been attached. Mr. Ajay Atolia, CA appearing for the Petitioner submits that in view of the understanding reached between the parties, this petition may be allowed to be withdrawn. Permission is granted. CP No. (IB)- 21/9/JPR/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending IAs stands disposed of accordingly.
