Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the RP submits that the Appellant Counsel may be directed to substitute the name RP in place of IRP as Respondent.
Mr. A.V. Sarma representing RP is directed to share the details with the Appellant Counsel so Appellant Counsel may be able to substitute the name of RP in place of IRP as Respondent No.1.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 submits that he has already filed the Written Submissions. However, he seeks permission to file relevant citations. He is permitted to do so within a week.
Learned Counsel for the RP submits that he has filed the 'Status Report' on e-portal. He undertakes to file the same within a week in physical form and also provide the copy to the Learned Counsel for Appellant and Respondent No.2.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he intents to file the Reply of the 'Status Report'. He is permitted to do so within two weeks.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant further seeks and is granted two weeks time to file Written Submissions not more than three pages along with relevant citations.
