The Parties are represented through their respective Learned Counsel(s).
The counsels for both parties have produced a Purshis annexed with a copy of the agreement arrived between the parties, the same is taken on record. Consequent thereto, the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present IB petition. As time for the agreement of declaration dated 22/8/2019
The Purshis for withdrawal is accepted. Accordingly, present CP (IB) No. 121 of 2018 is disposed of as withdrawn as settled out of Court.
No order as to costs.
