Judgment
The applicant, a Fireman working in INS Dronacharya, is aggrieved by the non-feasance of the respondents in considering his request for transfer to the unit in Aluva, in N.A.D Alwaye. He has already approached the 2nd respondent for the same through Annexure A-4 representation and the same has not been considered so far.
When the O.A was taken up for admission hearing today, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and dispose of Annexure A-3 representation within a time frame.
I heard the counsel on both sides. In view of the above submission, this Tribunal is inclined to dispose of the Original Application with a direction to the second respondent to consider Annexure A-3 representation in the light of relevant Rules and standing instructions and pass a reasoned and speaking order as early as possible, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Original Application is disposed of as above. No costs.
