By Mallika Arya, AM.-

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging non compliance of the order dated 18.11.2025 passed by this Tribunal in Original Application No.200/963/2025.

2.

Counsel for the respondents stated that in pursuance to the order passed by this Tribunal in OA No.200/963/2025 (supra), the respondents have passed a speaking order dated 19.03.2026 (Annexure R-1). Therefore, the directions with respect to consider the petitioners for allotment to newly constructed quarters as per their entitlement as and when the quarters are handed over to ESIC, have been duly complied with.

3.

We are satisfied that our order dated 18.11.2025 has been complied with by the respondents and hence we do not wish to further proceed with the contempt proceedings. Accordingly, we close this Contempt Petition and discharge the respondents from the notice of contempt. However, the petitioners will be at liberty to agitate their grievances in a separate proceeding if they are not satisfied with the compliance.
