The present MA has been filed by the applicant praying therein, to decide/dispose of the present OA by granting the same relief as given to the

applicants in OA No.3004/2019, titled Ritu and others vs. Union of India and another, vide Order/Judgement dated 30.01.2020 (Annexure A-1) of

this Tribunal.

Issue notice.

Shri Deepak Bhardwaj, learned counsel, who appears for the respondents, accepts notice.

Learned counsel for the respondents very fairly submits that the issue involved in the present OA is identical to that of OA No.3004/2019, which

was decided by this Tribunal vide Order/Judgment dated 30.01.2020 (Annexure A-1).

Shri Anuj Aggarwal, learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the aforesaid Order/Judgment dated 30.01.2020 under reference has

been challenged by the respondents before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) No. 2268/2020 and the said Writ Petition is still pending

adjudication before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that the present OA may be disposed of with order that both the parties to the present OA shall be bound

by the final outcome of the aforesaid Writ Petition.

The OA as well as MA is disposed of keeping in view the statement of the learned counsels for the parties as recorded above. No order as to

costs.
