Judgment

Heard the parties.
Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No.93 of 2022 arising out of Hariharganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2021, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri Vinod Kumar Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Palamau at Daltonganj.
On 13.11.2021 at about 11:30 P.M., son of the informant Sumit Srivastava went to meet this petitioner. Subsequently he was found missing. On 14.11.2021 he was found murdered in his vehicle parked near Government hospital, Hariharganj.
Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioner and others that they might have committed his murder. Statement of one of the witnesses has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, in which he has stated that one accused Pankaj Singh has made extra judicial confession before him, stating that Chotu Singh had accidentally fired at the deceased due to which he died.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vinod Kumar Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Palamau at Daltonganj, or his successor, in connection with S.T. Case No.93 of 2022 arising out of Hariharganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2021.
