Judgment
Mr. Anil Kumar resident of Tatarpur Block Pataudi, Teshil Manesar, Gurugram has sent by email the present letter petition to this Tribunal, which has been treated and registered as O.A. No. 669/2023, complaining that his ancestors had planted 3-4 Sheesham and Neem trees on land in front of his house about 50 years back which had been illegally auctioned by the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat village Tatarpur and were being cut on the basis of said auction.
None has appeared for the applicant on 12.01.2024 and vide order dated 12.01.2024 the applicant was ordered to be informed about the date of hearing fixed and VC link was ordered to be sent to him for joining the proceedings.
Copy of the order was sent to the applicant vide email dated 20.01.2024 on the email id through which he had sent the letter petition.
None has appeared for the applicant even today and copies of the relevant documents have also not been filed.
In these facts and circumstances and in view of the Rule 20 of National Green Tribunal (Practices and Procedure) Rules, 2011 the application is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
