We heard Shri Sunil Bansal, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri H.A. Khan, learned counsel for the respondents.

Similar issue was dealt with by this Tribunal in OA No.1436/2020 dated 07.10.2020.

We, therefore, dispose of this OA in terms of the Order dated 07.10.2020 passed in OA No.1436/2020. There shall be no order as to costs.
