MA seeking joining together in a single petition, is allowed.

OA No.1262/2020

This OA is filed challenging the order dated 19.06.2020 passed by the respondents fixing the pay of the applicants. Earlier, the applicants filed OA No.837/2020 challenging this very order. The said OA was withdrawn seeking liberty of the Tribunal to file a comprehensive representation. The applicants submitted a representation on 04.07.2020. Obviously, when no order was passed on the representation submitted by the applicants, the present OA is filed. It is brought to our notice that only yesterday itself, the respondents passed order dated 12.10.2020 on the representation.

In view of this development, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the OA leaving it open to file a comprehensive OA challenging various orders.

Permission is accorded. OA is dismissed as withdrawn. It is left open to the applicants to challenge the order dated 12.10.2020 and other connected orders.

Since we passed an interim order in this OA, staying the recovery of the amount, the same arrangement shall continue for another four weeks. No order as to costs.
