Learned counsel for the applicant, Shri M.S.Trivedi submits that the departmental inquiry held against the applicant pursuant to the charge

memorandum dated 21.05.2019 has been concluded and the Inquiry Officer has submitted his report. On receipt of the said report, the applicant had

submitted his reply/representation on 18.12.2021 before the Disciplinary Authority. It is stated that the applicant will be satisfied if appropriate

direction be issued for expeditious consideration of his reply/representation pending before the Disciplinary Authority.

On the otherhand, Standing counsel Shri Joy Mathew submits that if representation is not decided till date, the same will be decided expeditiously.

Considering the aforesaid submission of the counsel for both the parties, we deem it fit to dispose of this OA without entering into merits of the

case with a direction to the Disciplinary Authority to consider the representation of the applicant dated 18.12.2021 made in response to the Inquiry

Officer’s report within four weeks from today and intimate the decision to the applicant forthwith.

In view of the above, the OA stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
