IA(I.B.C)/492(KB)2023
i. This IA has been filed by the SRA seeking modification of the order dated 12th of December, 2022 and also to direct the SRA deposit of upfront amount of Rs. 5.26 Crores along with CIRP cost in the CIRP account. Vide order dated 12th of December, 2022 the amount was directed to be deposited with the Registry.
ii. It is stated that due to certain regulatory compliances, the amount is required to be deposited in the CIRP account only. Accordingly, the said modification has been sought.
iii. In view of the above, the order dated 12th of December, 2022 is modified to that extent so the said amount is to be deposited in the CIRP account by the SRA.
iv. With the above observations, IA is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
IA(I.B.C)/955(KB)2022
i. In view of the order passed in IA (I.B.C)/492(KB)2023, this IA has been rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.

i. Reply affidavit be filed by SRA within two weeks.
