The present application has been preferred by the RP under Section 12A seeking withdrawal of the CIRP. Ld. Counsel has stated that in view of the directions of the CoC and the Form-FA having been received, she has filed the present IA and making the prayer for withdrawal of CIRP. Allowed as prayed. All pending IAs and also the CP are disposed off. The respondent to ensure that the payment of complete CIRP cost is made within a period of two weeks from today. Ld. RP present in person states that IA No. 155/JPR/2026 too be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
