Mr. Justice Ranjit More:

Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

2.

By the order dated 25.01.2022 passed in O.A. No.175/2022, this Tribunal granted liberty to the applicants to make a comprehensive representation through Office Secretary, Shri Dhirendra Prasad Singh to the respondent-authorities within 15 days and thereafter, the respondents were directed to consider and dispose of the said comprehensive representation of the applicants by passing a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than four months from the date of receipt of representation. This order has not been complied with by the respondents and hence, the present C.P. has been filed by the applicant.

3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 places on record a copy of order dated 10.07.2024 passed by the Additional Central PF Commissioner (HR), Employees Provident Fund Organization. It discloses that the applicants’ representation was considered; however, their request was not accepted by passing the speaking order. Thus, the order dated 25.01.2022 passed in the subject O.A. is complied with, though belatedly.

4.

We are, therefore, not inclined to proceed further. The contempt proceedings are accordingly closed. The applicants are, however, at liberty to challenge the order dated 10.07.2024 in accordance with law by instituting fresh proceedings, if so advised, before appropriate forum. No costs.
