Learned counsel representing Sri P.Vivek, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 would submit that this matter was settled in between the parties before the Lok Adalat and accordingly the matter was disposed of on 13.05.2020 and the petition becomes infructuous.
