Judgment
R. Raghunandan Rao, J
As these Criminal Petitions had been filed by accused Nos.1 and 2 respectively, they are being taken up together.
The de facto complainant and both the accused/petitioners are personally present before this Court and are identified by their respective counsel.
On being examined, the de facto complainant states that all the parties have compromised the matter and she is not interested in pressing the complaint any more.
In view of the fact that both the de facto complainant and the accused/petitioners reside within the same village, closure of this case would only lead to further amity between the residents of the village and ensuring that there is no further ill-will and bitterness which would lead to further complications.
Accordingly, both the applications and the Criminal Petitions are allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.57 of 2013 on the file of Police Station, Rentachinthala, Guntur against the petitioners is quashed.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
