I.A. No. 1327/2013
The petitioner has sought to incorporate amendments proposed in the instant interlocutory application on account of issuance of the notice dated 26th February, 2013 issued by the Recovery Officer, Employees Provident Fund Organization, Ranchi (Respondent No. 3) asking the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,56,430/- during the pendency of this writ application in which order rejecting his review application, is under challenge. In view of the subsequent developments taken place during the pendency of the writ application, the petitioner is allowed to incorporate the proposed amendments in the main writ application by filing an amended writ application within a week.
Counsel for the respondents would file response to the amended writ application with a copy to the counsel for the petitioner.
I.A. stands disposed of.
List the case after three weeks. In the meantime, respondents shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner.
