Learned Legal Aid Counsel Mr. A. T. Pal is present for the applicant-petitioner.
This revision petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C. is filed challenging the judgment and order dated 30.08.2025 delivered by Learned Judge, Family Court, Sonamura, Sepahijala Tripura in connection with Crl. Misc.34 of 2023 under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. Along with the revision petition another application is filed for condoning the delay of seven days in preferring the Criminal Revision Petition.
