The petitioner has preferred this revision petition under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act read with Section 397 of CrPC and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 16.05.2023 passed by Learned Judge, Family Court, Kailashahar, Unakoti Tripura in connection with Crl. Misc (127) 04 of 2021. By the said order, Learned Judge, Family Court has enhanced the maintenance allowance from Rs. 6,500/- as submitted to Rs. 12,000/- per month with effect from 16.05.2023. The order was passed under Section 127 of Cr.P.C. Along with this petition, the present petitioner has preferred separate petition for condonation of delay under Section 5 of the Limitation Act and also another petition for staying operation of the order dated 16.05.2023 passed in the aforesaid case by the Learned Judge, Family Court, Kailashahar.
Issue notice to the OP respondents, returnable on 21.02.2024.

After appearance of the private-respondents and hearing both the parties, necessary order will be passed.
