Cr.M.P.(M) No.718/2026
By way of this application, a prayer has been made for condonation of delay in filing the Revision Petition. The delay in filing the Revision Petition is of 349 days. In compliance to the order that was passed by this Court on 01.09.2026, learned counsel for the applicant submits that an affidavit has been filed but the same is not on record. However, he has made the copy of the affidavit so filed available for perusal of the Court.
Having perused the same and having perused the averments made in the affidavit, though we are not satisfied that the reasons mentioned therein are cogent to condone the delay but in the light of the consent order, which is proposed to be passed in the main petition, this application is allowed and delay of 349 days in filing the Revision Petition is condoned.
