ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant states that applicant is a Physical Education Teacher and is also a NCC Trainer. He further says that as per existing rules, Physical Education Teacher, like the applicant, should be transferred only to such places where there is a facility of NCC Training, otherwise their talent will go waste. He pleads that he would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to reconsider his transfer case keeping in view the averments made by him in the present O.A.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that a direction may be issued by this Tribunal to decide the case of the applicant as per rules.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant, O.A. is disposed off at the admission stage with direction to the respondents/ competent authority to consider the averments of this O.A. and the representation of the applicant and dispose off the same, by passing a Reasoned and Speaking order, within a span of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and decision so taken shall be communicated to the applicants forthwith. Till the speaking order is passed, the applicant will not be relieved from the present place of posting.

We have not entered into the merit of the case.
