Judgment
Dr. Justice K. Manmadha Rao, J
Mr.T.Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner, has furnished a copy of the proceedings in Roc.No.TTD-27021/35/2021-SRI PAT-TTD, dated 16.12.2022, of the Joint Executive Officer, T.T.Devasthanams, Tirupati and the relevant portion reads as follows:
“In compliance of the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of A.P. made in WP.No.22447/2022 dt.21.09.2022 the representation dt.31.05.2022 has been examined in detail and it is hereby ordered to consider the request made by Sri AB Seshadri, Retired Archaka in his representations 1st and 3rd read above, subject to remittance of one time financial assistance already paid to him.”
He further submits that, in view of the above proceedings, the respondents have complied with the order of this Court.
Mr.S.S.Prasad, learned Senior Counsel, representing Ms.C.Sindhu Kumari, learned Standing Counsel for TTD, is present.
Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
