Learned counsel for the parties are present.
This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:
(a) “For issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities to grant appointment to the petitioner under the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Policy of CCL considering that the petitioner is the legal heir of Mallik Sanaullah whose land was acquired by the CCL vide S.O. No. 2777 dated 04.08.1964;
(b) For issuance of direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the Genealogical charts issued vide certificate no. 169 dated 07.03.2012 (Annexure-2) by the Circle Officer, Ramgarh whereby under outsiders not within the family of the petitioner have been included in the genealogical chart that too without ascertaining the facts and genealogy of the petitioner’s family as well as earlier genealogical chart, family tree of the petitioner.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection to the prayer made.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
