Judgment

Heard Mr. Romendro Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Issue notice, returnable within 2 (two) weeks.
Mr. S. Vijayanand Sharma, learned senior panel counsel entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No. 1 & 4 and Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned Government Advocate entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No. 2, 3 & 5, hence, no formal notice is called for.
Mr. S. Vijayanand Sharma, learned senior panel counsel appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 4 seeks 2 (two) weeks’ time for getting instructions as to whether the representation dated 31.07.2023 submitted by the petitioner to the Secretary (Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways), Government of India had been disposed of or not in terms of the direction given earlier by this Court.
As prayed for, list this case again on 24.01.2024.
In the meantime, the respondent No. 5 is directed not to evict the petitioner without following due process of law.
