Judgment
ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are present.
Sri K.Murali Pavan Naga Sai, learned Counsel is appointed as learned Mediator in this case and has submitted mediator’s report.
In view of the mediator’s report, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sathyavedu, in C.C.No.89 of 2017, dated 15.06.2023, as partly allowed and partly dismissed in Crl.A.No.108 of 2023, dated 29.01.2025, by the XII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chittoor District at Srikalahasthi, are set aside, as a result, the Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
