1.The present application has been filed seeking correction in the age of the applicant inscribed in the cause-title of the bail application as well as the order dated 02.02.2024 passed by this Court in SB Criminal Misc. II Bail Application No.565/2024.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the aforesaid bail application filed by the applicant was allowed by this Court vide order dated 02.02.2024. However, in the cause-title of the bail application, the age of the applicant – Yusuf Ali has wrongly been typed as “60 years” whereas his correct age is 27 years. Hence, the aforesaid error in the age of the applicant has also been crept in the cause-title of the order dated 02.02.2024.
He prayed that the age of applicant inscribed in the cause-title of the bail application as well as the order dated 02.02.2024 be corrected accordingly.
For the reasons stated, the application is allowed. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to file amended cause-title during the course of the day.
Accordingly, it is ordered that in the cause-title of the bail application as well as in the order dated 02.02.2024, the age of the applicant shall be read/substituted as “27 years” in place of “60 years”.
