Mr. Kunal Chheda, counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Rushab Thacker are present. The above I.A. No. 1041/2021 is filed by the RP for urgent listing of the main Company Petition No. 4035/2019 for the purpose of withdrawing the main company petition in view of the settlement entered into between the parties even before constituting CoC by the RP. Accordingly, the above I.A. No. 1041/2021 is allowed and the matter is taken up for hearing.
The counsel appearing for RP filed withdrawal memo for withdrawing the above company petition along with section 12(A) r/w. regulation 13(A) IBBI. The same is taken on record. Accordingly, the above company petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
