Judgment
The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.06.2026 (Annexure-2 to the writ petition) passed by the Circle Officer, Mandu (the respondent no. 4) in Mutation Case No. 1372 R 27/2025-26/ Mandu whereby the petitioner’s prayer for mutation of land appertaining to plot no. 692, Khata No. 101, Mouza- Mandu, Thana No. 114, District- Ramgarh measuring an area of 0.50 decimal has been rejected.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the impugned order dated 18.06.2026 passed by the respondent no. 4 is appealable under Section 15 of the Bihar (now Jharkhand) Tenants’ Holdings (Maintenance of Records) Act, 1973, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to prefer an appeal against the order dated 18.06.2026 passed by the respondent no. 4 in Mutation Case No. 1372 R 27/2025-26/ Mandu.
The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
