Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that his clients would be satisfied in case they are permitted to make representation(s) to the respondent-Board and in turn, the respondent-Board is directed to decide the same in a time bound manner. The prayer being innocuous is allowed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners also states that the issue in question is otherwise squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in LPA No.27 of 2010 titled Satpal Singh Bhardwaj vs. State of H.P and ors, decided on 26.5.2010.
We express no opinion on this issue and leave it open to be decided by the respondent-Board.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to make representation(s) to the respondent-Board, who, in turn, shall consider and decide the same, more particularly, in light of the judgment (supra) within a period of four weeks thereafter.
Pending application(s) if any, also stands disposed of.
