ORDER
This Application has been filed by the Resolution Professional under Section 12(2) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, seeking following prayers:-
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by Ld. Counsel for the Resolution Professional along with prayers made in the Application, this Tribunal is inclined to allow the present application granting extension of 90 days from the date of this order i.e. 26.09.2025. Resolution Professional is directed to complete the CIR process within the extended period i.e. 90 days from today i.e. 26.09.2025. Accordingly, IA/4718/ND/2025 is allowed and disposed of.
