Judgment
New IA/4426/ND/2025:-
This application has been filed under Section12(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 40 of the Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons Regulations, 2016. The prayers made in this application are mentioned below:-
- a. “Allow the present application; - b. Extend the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process period of the Corporate Debtor Mothers Pride Education Institution Pvt. Ltd. by a further period of 90 days from the date of the order. - c. Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Adjudicating Authority may deem fit in the interest of justice.”
Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions made on behalf of the applicant, this Adjudicating Authority is inclined to allow the extension of 90 days from today i.e. 11.09.2025 for the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. Consequently, the present application i.e. New IA/4426/ND/2025 stands allowed and disposed of.
