ORDER
IA No. 1996/2022:- The present application is filed by Resolution Professional (Mr. Gaurav Ashok Adukia) of the Corporate Debtor [Under Section 12(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 40 and 40C of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons), Regulations, 2016] for seeking exclusion of time period of 33 days from the CIRP period falling between 30.12.2021 till 31.01.2022 and thereafter seeking extension of time period for completion of CIRP by a period of 60 days with effect from 13.06.2022 till 12.08.2022. Having heard the submissions of the Counsel appearing for the Applicant and on perusal of the averments made in the Application the reasons stated therein appear to be cogent and justified. Hence this Bench considers to exclude of time period of 33 days from the CIRP period falling between 30.12.2021 till 31.01.2022 and thereafter extension of time period for completion of CIRP by a period of 60 days with effect from 13.06.2022 till 12.08.2022. With these observations the IA No. 1996/2022 is allowed and disposed of.
The Counsel representing the Applicant has not pressed Prayer (c) at this juncture. However liberty is granted to file separate Application for ratifying the actions for exclusion and extension.
