The precise grouse of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that, despite making a representation for his adjustment, which has duly been forwarded by the Principal, Government Senior Secondary School, Kuthari, Ghasni, District Shimla, his request has not been acceded to.
As per the averments made in the petition, the petitioner was transferred to the present place of posting in the month of May 2025, where he joined his duties.
As per the Office Memorandum dated 13.02.2025, it has been clearly mentioned that in case any employee, who is transferred, feels aggrieved, should not proceed further to directly approach this Court. However, the concerned employee, after joining at the transferred station, can make a representation, which is to be decided by the competent authority.
In view of the Office Memorandum dated 13.02.2025, since the petitioner has already made a representation, which has duly been forwarded by the Principal, Government Senior Secondary School, Kuthari, Ghasni, District Shimla, on 17.06.2025, and thereafter a reminder was sent on 13.10.2025, the respondents are directed to take a decision on the said representation.
Let the needful be done by the respondents/competent authority within a period of two weeks from today.
The petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
