Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
Directing the Respondents to adjust the Petitioner in any of the schools of Shimla Block vice a teacher of longer stay and more particular against any of the teachers working under the Centers School i.e. GPS Doomi under which five primary schools as mentioned in para (e) of the grounds and in his place any other teacher could be transferred to GPS Shiloli (Jubbal Block) due to the short stay of only three months at GPS Sheera (Block Shimla).
The Petitioner has submitted Annexure P5, representation and the same is pending before the first Respondent. There will be a direction to the first Respondent to look into Annexure P5 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner before the first Respondent. In the meanwhile, it will be open to the Petitioner to avail leave of the kind due and he may not be compelled to join at the transferred station
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
