Judgment
KH. Nobin Singh, J
On account of this litigation concerning the interest of fraternity at the Bar, three employees who have no much role to play, have suffered and are going to continue suffering further as has been submitted by Shri H.S. Paonam, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the respondents. A prayer has been made by Shri H. S. Paonam, learned Sr. Counsel on the ground that respondent No. 2 is likely to return home by 3-11-2021 that the matter be listed immediately after vacation.
In view of the above, list the matter on 11-11-2021 and an endeavour shall be made to dispose of the matter on the next date itself.
Keeping in mind the sufferings of the employees, the counsel appearing for the parties, namely Shri H.S. Paonam, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the respondents and Shri M. Hemchandra, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the petitioners, have fairly and generously agreed to contribute Rs. 13,500/- (Rupees thirteen thousand five hundred) only each which amount can be given to the three employees as an interim measure. This amount shall be reimbursed by the Bar Council of Manipur as and when the bank account can be operated by it. The gesture being shown by the learned counsels is highly appreciable.
