Counsel for the petitioner is present.

I.A. No. 2447 of 2023 has been filed for addition of party. Through this I.A, Steel Authority of India Limited IFICO Refractory Unit of erstwhile Bharat Refractories Ltd. in short SRU/IFICO has been sought to be added as respondent No. 2 in the writ petition on account of amalgamation consequently upon the notification of the amalgamation published in the official gazette of India, New Delhi on July, 28, 2009. A copy of the notification has been annexed along with the interlocutory application.
Considering the submissions made in the interlocutory application, I.A. No. 2447 of 2023 for addition of party is hereby allowed. Petitioner is directed carry out necessary addition in the cause title in red ink during the course of the day.
