Judgment
Alok Kumar Verma, J
The present Application has been filed by the applicants Vishal Dhiman and Jaipal Singh seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.190 of 2024, registered at Police Station Dalanwala, District Dehradun under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468 and Section 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard Mr. Rajat Mittal, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned Additional Advocate General for the State and Mr. Shubhang Dobhal, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned Additional Advocate General for the State submitted, on instruction, received from the investigating officer that the investigation has been completed and the investigating officer has filed a closure report in the present matter.
After the said submission of Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned Additional Advocate General for the State, on the request of Mr. Rajat Mittal, Advocate, for the applicants, the present anticipatory bail application is disposed of accordingly.
