Delay in filing objection is condoned. Objection is taken on record. Delay Condonation Application IA No.1 of 2024 stands disposed of, accordingly.

Applicants Dharamveer and Yogesh Arora seek anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.0295 of 2024, under Sections 420, 452, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

When objections were filed by the State. It was revealed that the police are not intending to arrest the applicants. Thereafter, the Court wanted to know from learned State Counsel as to whether the applicants are apprehending their arrest?

Today, learned State Counsel gives a statement that the offences are punishable for less than 7 years, therefore, the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not required and the police is not interested in arresting the applicants. He would submit that these are the instructions, which he has received.

The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel.

Since the applicants are not apprehending their arrest, there is no question of entertaining this anticipatory bail application. It stands disposed of, accordingly.
