Judgment
I.A. No. 510/2025 (application for condonation of delay)
The instant application is filed for seeking condonation of delay in filing the present appeal. Sh. Arani Choudhary, Counsel for the appellants stated that there is a delay of 720 days in filing the appeal due to judicial proceedings as the appellant had preferred a Writ Petition bearing S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4548/2025 titled as Virendra Bhandari v. Canara Bank before the High Court of Rajasthan at Jodhpur wherein, the High Court vide order dated 24.01.2025 has granted the liberty to the appellants to approach this Tribunal.
After considering all facts, the delay of 720 days in filing the present appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of.
Chamber Appeal No. 02/2026
The present Chamber Appeal is filed to impugn the order dated 22.07.2025 passed by the Registrar of this Tribunal as on scrutiny of the appeal preferred by the appellants was found to be defected as there was no pre-deposit made by the appellants.
The issue pertaining to the pre-deposit is required to be considered by this Bench. Accordingly, the Chamber Appeal is allowed.
I.A. No. 498/2025 (application for waiver of pre-deposit)
The instant application for waiver of pre-deposit is required to be taken up for hearing by this Tribunal.
