After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the OA with a liberty that he may approach the Tribunal later at an appropriate stage, if his grievance still subsists. The applicant is allowed to withdraw the OA.

The OA is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
