Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
The present Application has been filed by the applicant, who is stated to be 100% blind to challenge the order dated 31.10.2019 (Annexure A/1) vide which the applicant has been retired by the respondents by invoking the provisions of FR 56. The applicant is stated to have preferred a representation dated 21.11.2019 (Annexure A/3). The same is said to be still pending consideration of the respondents.
Issue notice.
Ms. Esha Mazumdar, learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance service, accepts notice.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the present case, without going into the merit of the claim of the applicant, we dispose of this OA with direction to the respondents to consider the aforesaid pending representation of the applicant dated 21.11.2019 and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks from the receipt of a copy of this Order.
The present OA is disposed of in above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
