The present application is filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 against the inaction of the respondents in regularising the services of the applicant under the relevant Schemes of 1992 and 1994.

In the present Original Application, the applicant is also aggrieved by Order dated 24.12.2019 (Annexure A-1) vide which the applicant's claim for regularisation has been kept in abeyance for want of information regarding pendency of manpower audit.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has subsequently made representation dated 13.10.2020 (Annexure A-12 colly).

Shri S.N. Verma, learned counsel, who appears for respondent no.1, submits that respondent no.1 is merely a proforma party. Ms. Vertika Sharma, learned counsel, who appears for respondent nos.2 to 4, on instructions, submits that respondents no.2 to 4 may be accorded three months' time in order to enable the respondents to consider the aforesaid representation (Annexure A-12 colly) of the applicant and to dispose of the same by passing an appropriate order.

In view of the aforesaid, without going into the merits of the claim of the applicant, the present OA is disposed of with direction to respondents 2 to 4 to consider the applicant's aforesaid representation (Annexure A-12 colly) and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three months of receipt of a copy of this order.

OA is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
