O R D E R

Shri Digvijay Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will be satisfied if his second relief prayer regarding deciding the representation of the applicant dated 03.02.2023 be allowed and a direction is given to decide the same within a time bound period.

Learned counsel for the respondents vehemently opposed the same.

Considering the innocuous prayer of the applicant, as he points out certain correspondence have been taken place between the department and the wife of the deceased employee, which is at page 39, 40, 41 and 42 of the OA, are seen. Hence, without getting into the merit of the case and without examining the limitation of the case, the applicant is given liberty to file a comprehensive fresh application based on his earlier application and correspondences in fifteen days time and, thereafter, direction is given to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the applicant dated 03.02.2023 alongwith the fresh application of the applicant by passing reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months and communicate the outcome of the same to the applicant through registered post.

In view of the above direction the OA is disposed of. All associated MAs are also disposed of. No costs.
