ORDER

This IA has been filed under section 12A of the Code for withdrawal of the main CP by the Applicant/IRP in CP(IB)/131(MB)/2017.

Counsel for RP submits that the total claim involved in the CP is Rs.11,56,031.27/- and the matter has been settled between the parties for Rs. 6.38 lakh.

Counsel for RP further submits that since CIRP cost has been paid in full, and Form FA is filed in proper format, there is not need of Bank Guarantee.

Based on the submissions of the Counsel, the matter is disposed of.

Accordingly, the above IA(I.B.C)/287(MB)2025 is Allowed and the main CP stand disposed of as settled.
