Judgment
The petitioner has challenged the order dated 03.02.2020, whereby she has been ordered to join at vacant post under Chief Medical & Health
Officer, Sirohi.
While challenging the above order, narrating the facts appertain, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that earlier the petitioner was
transferred to Jhunjhunu, vide order dated 29.09.2019 at her own request; whereafter, she was kept under Awaiting Posting Order (APO) vide order
dated 05.11.2019, as the person who was transferred from Jhunjhunu, filed a writ petition and was granted an interim order by this Court.
After arguing for some time, Mr. Kaswan, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to make
representation before the respondents to provide appropriate place of posting to the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before
competent authority with the request to provide her appropriate posting in or around her native place, i.e., Churu.
In case the petitioner files a representation, the respondents shall consider the same appropriately having regard to the fact that vide earlier order
dated 29.09.2019, acting upon her request, she was transferred/posted to Jhunjhunu.
Stay application also stands dismissed.
