Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
a) That the writ in the nature of certiorari may kindly be issued quashing the impugned transfer order dated 31.5.2010 (Annexure P-1) and corrigendum dated 2nd July, 2010 (Annexure P-2) qua the present petitioner.
b) That the writ of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents not to relieve the petitioner from the present place of posting i.e. Health Sub Centre, Neri Nagar Block District Kullu, H.P.
Though, the petitioner has taken several contentions, but it is also submitted that in case the petitioner can be accommodated in one of the vacant places, pointed out by the petitioner, she would be satisfied. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of as follows.
The petitioner may file appropriate representation before the 2nd respondent, pointing out the vacant places where the petitioner can be accommodated. In the event of such representation being received within a week from today, the matter will be considered on merits by the 2nd respondent and orders will be passed, adverting to the submissions made in the representation, within another 10 days. In the meanwhile, the petitioner may not be compelled to join the transferred station and it will be open to her to avail leave till such orders, as above, are passed.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
