Judgment
Learned Advocate Mr. Sachin Shetye representing Respondent No.2 in Writ Petition No.6250 of 2022 seeks time to file affidavit-in-reply. Learned AGP also seeks time to file reply on behalf of Respondent No.3. The Petitioners in all these petitions are challenging the delimitation process and Notifications dated 10th May, 2022 and 13th May, 2022.
The Public Interest Litigation No.67 of 2022 was heard by this Court on 13th May, 2022. The order dated 13th May, 2022 passed therein indicate that further steps shall be subject to further orders passed in the said petition.
All the matters are adjourned to 8th June, 2022.
The observations made in order dated 13th May, 2022 passed in Public Interest Litigation No.67 of 2022 shall continue till the next date of hearing.
Similar order is passed in Writ Petition No. 6250 of 2022 and Writ Petition (St.) No.12675 of 2022 that the further steps shall be subject to further orders passed in these Petition.
All the concerned Respondents shall file their affidavits-in-reply before the next date of hearing and the copies be served on the other side.
