Judgment

Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Mr. P.T. Sangma, learned counsel for the respondents No. 4 & 5 has pointed out that the respondents No. 4 & 5 have filed an affidavit dated 05.12.2022 which is on record before this Court and as such, the same may be acknowledged herein.
Mr. A.H. Hazarika, learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that an additional affidavit sought to be filed by the petitioner could not be filed today and has prayed for some more time to file the same.
As to the affidavit filed by the respondents No. 4 & 5, since the same has already been brought on record and parties have received copy of the same, the said affidavit is accordingly acknowledged as filed.
As far as the affidavit to be filed by the petitioner is concerned, prayer is allowed. However, it is made clear that a last opportunity is given to the petitioner to file the same, failing which the matter will be finally heard on the next date.
List this matter on the second week of February, 2023.
