Mr. Suraj Pal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite deducting the amount from his salary towards National Pension Scheme, the respondents have not deposited the same in petitioner’s account.

He informed that despite making various representations, the respondents have not paid any heed.

The present writ petition is therefore, disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the competent authority of respondents including the photo-state copies of earlier representations along with the requisite documents and certified copy of the order instant within a period of four weeks from today.

In case, a representation is so addressed within the aforesaid period, the competent authority of respondents shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks.

It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner’s grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner.

Stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
